1982 Topps Traded # 98T Cal Ripken Jr.
PSA 9 MINT
Cal Ripken Jr. was elected into the Hall in 2007 by the BaseBall Writer's Assoc. of America, 1st ballot, (98.53%) as a Baltimore Oriole. His playing career was from 1981 to 2001, all as an Oriole. As a 19 time all star, 1982 ROY, 2 time AL MVP, World Series Champ, over 3000 hits and the holder of the most consecutive games played record, Cal is known as one of the greatest players our game has ever seen. Who can forget him hitting homers the day he tied & the day he broke Lou Gehrig's iron man record. The rookie card above is a well centered PSA 9 MINT example. MM-03/07/2012
